Be an active supporter

In time, we will introduce paid plans so we can continue to deliver value and grow our service to worship teams around the world.

When we introduce these plans we will sunset our supporter subscriptions. Teams will have a choice to continue on a free plan or migrate to a paid plan.

Teams choosing paid plans will have the lifetime discounts of each active supporter combined and applied to their team—up to a maximum of 25%.

Example 1—Individual supporter: 1 team member is actively supporting Asaph with the "Grow Yearly" subscription—a 10% lifetime discount. So, we will apply a 10% lifetime discount to a future paid plan to the team that are a part of.

Example 2—Multiple supporters, under 25%: 3 team members are actively supporting Asaph; one with "Support Monthly", one with "Grow Yearly", and one with "Scale Monthly". We add the discounts together: 1% + 10% + 12% = 23%. We will apply a 23% lifetime discount to the paid plan for their team.

Example 3—Multiple supporters, over 25%: 2 team members are actively supporting Asaph; one with "Grow Monthly" and one with "Scale Yearly". We add the discounts together: 5% + 25% = 30%. As this exceeds the maximum of 25%, we will apply the maximum 25% lifetime discount to the paid plan for their team.

When a supporter leaves the team, the discount will no longer be applied and can be applied to another team. Lifetime is lifetime!

So, the more active supporters we have, the faster we grow and the bigger lifetime discount your teams receive!

We love and appreciate all the support we receive in these early days. While we don't yet know when we will introduce paid plans, we are committed to those that are committed to us.

All active supporters will be eligible to receive their lifetime discounts at the time we introduce paid plans—so long as they remain "active".

Example 1—Active supporters: 10 team members support Asaph with "Support Yearly", then continue to use Asaph for free.

After a period of time, Asaph launches paid plans and these 10 members still have "Support Yearly" active—i.e. they have not cancelled their support. As these team members are active, their team is eligible for a 20% (10 x 2%) lifetime discount.

Example 2—Inactive supporters: 20 team members support Asaph with "Support Monthly" and within 1 month cancel their subscription, then continue to use Asaph for free.

After a period of time, Asaph launches paid plans. As these team members are inactive, their team is ineligible for a 20% (20 x 1%) lifetime discount.

Of course. If you no longer wish to support Asaph, you can contact us in app to cancel your subscription. Cancelling will render your support subscription inactive.

Our preferred method of payment is credit card. You can pay either monthly or yearly. Card payments are processed via Stripe.
